Maria Parrini Concert
Join Sigal Music Museum for our last performance of the year with the talented Maria Parrini! The piano performance will include music by Robert Schumann, Frederic Chopin, and George Walker. Doors open at 7:00 PM and the performance will begin at 7:30 PM
Originally from Greenville, SC, Maria Parrini studied piano with her parents, Sherry and Fabio, until age seventeen. She attended the Cleveland Institute of Music and received a Bachelor of Music under the instruction of Antonio Pompa-Baldi and Paul Schenly. She has performed more than eight hundred concerts as a Lincoln Center Stage Artist, playing chamber music with world-class collaborators onboard Holland America Line cruise ships. She is looking forward to pursuing a Master of Music degree at Columbus State University in January 2022, studying with Dr. Henry Kramer. In her free time, Maria paints, plays tennis, and hikes the Appalachian mountains as much as she can.
We at the Sigal Music Museum are excited to welcome back guests for in person performances. We do have updated COVID-19 protocols that are listed below. These are being implemented to help protect our guests, artists, volunteers and staff during in-person performances.
• Upon entry to the museum, please be prepared to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination by presenting a copy, photo, or your actual vaccination card.
• If you are not vaccinated, be prepared to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test. This can include PCR test results from within 72 hours of the performance or a negative antigen test from within 6 hours of the performance.
• Please be prepared to provide a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport whose name matches the vaccination card or negative test result.
• All attendees must be masked upon entry and throughout the performance.
Above all, if you are not feeling well, kindly stay home. Better safe than sorry!
Thank you for your continued support and participation in museum programming.
